Accessibility Statement

EmpowerEd Business Solutions, LLC is committed to improving the accessibility of our website and software. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a guide for our ongoing accessibility work.

Public website

In September 2026, we reviewed the public EmpowerEd website for keyboard accessibility, focus visibility, content and focus order, accessible names, image alternatives, and form behavior.

Issues identified during the review were corrected and retested across the affected pages. Improvements included stronger keyboard-focus indicators, removal of inactive responsive navigation from the keyboard order, clearer accessible names for social links, and corrections to link destinations.

We also tested the Contact form with missing and valid information. Required-field errors, the error summary, field-specific error associations, successful-submission feedback, and focus movement after submission were verified.

The website has not received an end-to-end keyboard review of every public page. Native screen-reader testing, testing at 200% and 400% browser zoom, and complete mobile-keyboard testing have not yet been completed. One Squarespace-generated form field also lacks standard programmatic required-field markup, although it is visibly identified as required and its validation and error feedback are working.

EmpowerEd SPED application

Parts of the EmpowerEd SPED application have received an internal accessibility review informed by WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA, including keyboard and focus testing.

A complete accessibility retest of all corrected application screens and comprehensive hands-on screen-reader testing are not currently documented. Authenticated workflows—including data entry, date pickers, dropdowns, billing, invoices, validation errors, and status announcements—require additional testing.

Scope of this statement

Our website and application have not undergone a complete third-party accessibility audit or certification. We plan to expand and document our testing as the website and application continue to develop.
